Our one-to-one sessions are built entirely around you — your pace, your goals, and your progress. Each session focuses on mastering the fundamentals, from correct stance and guard positioning to punch accuracy and movement flow. You’ll develop sharper coordination, defensive awareness, and ring confidence through focused padwork and strategy drills. With real-time feedback, technical correction, and ongoing performance tracking, these sessions are ideal for anyone looking to build a strong foundation or advance to the next level.

👊 1-2-2 Group Coaching

For those who enjoy the motivation of training with a partner, our small-group sessions (1 trainer to 2 trainees) offer the perfect blend of focus and energy. You’ll rotate through partner-based pad rounds that sharpen timing, rhythm, and reaction speed, while learning to read and respond to movement in real time. Each session is designed to build both teamwork and individual progression, ensuring that all participants improve at their own pace.
